The client wanted to hide the walls with the HVAC fan in the hallway and possibly reduce the noise with acoustic panels and other noise reduction material. The door to the HVAC fan was replaced with a cabinet door with hidden hinges to make the wall flat with the panels.

The client also wanted his den to be more stylish by installing acoustic panels in the ceiling. The panels were installed over the existing ceiling and a new beam stained in dark walnut was added to complete the room.
